Headlight restoration for dealers & fleets
Cloudy headlights make a clean vehicle look neglected, and buyers notice them before anything else. We clear them on your lot, one row at a time, for a fraction of what a new assembly costs. Nothing leaves your line.
Built for lots that move inventory
If a vehicle sits on a lot, in a yard or in a row of work trucks, the lenses are getting hazy. We come to all of them in one stop.
Used Car Dealers
Recon that photographs well. Clear lenses make a ten-year-old trade-in look cared for in the listing photos buyers scroll past.
Service Fleets
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping. Your trucks are your advertising, and yellowed headlights read as a business that defers maintenance.
Rental & Shuttle
High-mileage vehicles that live outside. A standing visit keeps the whole fleet looking consistent instead of fixing them one at a time.
Municipal & Institutional
Town, district and county vehicles, quoted per unit with one invoice for the visit.
Priced by the visit, not the vehicle
Per set of headlights, by how many vehicles we do in one stop. The more that are parked together, the less each one costs.
$300 minimum per visit. Rock chip repair can be added at $45 for the first chip on a vehicle, down from $65, plus $25 for each additional chip on the same windshield.
Drag to see the difference
Customer vehicles restored in our shop and on site. Same process we run down a row of inventory.
Restore, don't replace
A New Assembly
Hundreds of dollars per side on a modern vehicle, plus the labor to fit it and the time the unit spends out of the line.
A Restoration
$85 to $120 for the pair, done in the row in under an hour, with no parts to order and nothing to wait on.
What It Protects
A hazy lens is the detail a buyer uses to argue your price down. Clearing it costs less than the first concession.
From vehicle list to done
Send the count
Tell us how many units need headlights, where they're parked, and whether any need fog lights too.
We quote the visit
A flat price per set at your volume tier, with the total confirmed before we book a date.
We work the row
We set up in one shaded spot and move down the line. Your staff carry on; nothing gets moved for us.
Walk it with us
We show you each vehicle before we invoice, and flag any lens that needed replacing instead of polishing.
What we need on your lot
Shade
A spot out of direct sun. A lens baking in the sun won't take the UV seal properly.
Power
A standard outlet within reach of where the vehicles are parked.
Room to Work
Space to stand at the front of each vehicle with tools and water.
Dry Weather
If the forecast turns we move the date. We'd rather reschedule than rush a seal that won't last.
Frequently asked
How long does each vehicle take?
Most sets take 45 to 60 minutes. A badly oxidized lens with a hard factory coating can run to 90 minutes. On a lot visit we work straight down the row, so the per-vehicle time is what matters, not scheduling around each one.
How many vehicles can you do in a day?
Six to eight sets is a comfortable day, and ten is possible on a lot where the vehicles are parked together. Tell us how many units need work and we will tell you honestly whether it is one visit or two.
What does it cost for a lot of vehicles?
Per set of headlights: $120 for one or two vehicles, $100 for three to five, $90 for six to nine, and $85 at ten or more on a standing visit. Fog lights add $30 per vehicle and there is a $300 minimum per visit. You approve the total before we start.
What if a lens is too far gone to restore?
Restoration fixes oxidation on the outside of the lens. If a lens is cracked, or the haze is inside the housing or behind a failed internal coating, polishing will not clear it and that unit needs a new assembly. We check each vehicle first and tell you which ones to skip rather than charging for work that will not hold.
What do you need from us on site?
A shaded spot out of direct sun with a standard power outlet within reach, room to work beside the vehicles, and dry weather. Sanding and sealing needs power, and a lens baking in the sun will not take a coating properly.
Can you repair rock chips on the same visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper this way. On a visit that already includes headlights, the first chip on a vehicle is $45 instead of $65, because the trip and setup are already covered, and every additional chip on that same windshield is $25. Chips only, not cracks, and we stop at around four chips in one windshield — past that the glass is better replaced than patched.
How long does the restoration last?
With the UV seal we apply, results last far longer than a quick buff. How long depends on how much sun the vehicle sees — units parked outside all day will haze sooner than ones kept under cover. For inventory, that means a unit looks right for the whole time it is listed.
Do you invoice, or is it due on the day?
We invoice the visit. For standing accounts we can bill monthly instead of per visit — tell us which suits your accounts payable.
Tell us about your vehicles
Include your business name, how many vehicles need headlights, whether any need fog lights, and where they're parked. We'll come back with a flat price per set and a date.
